Haunted Carnival Info
Schedule
12PM-12:10 Arrival (Unless you previously told me you would be a bit late)
Volunteer check-in will be located at the Volunteer Space (empty store between Ulta Beauty and Yankee Candle)
Here you will check in and get your shirt if you will have 10 Hours. At the end of the day don't forget to sign out. Anyone who will be volunteering at Minithon on Nov 9th will also get shirt since everyone will need one for that event, just send me permission slips asap. If you arrive late (after 12:25 PM) please find me to sign in.
12:20 PM - Locations
At around 12:20 everyone will to the location you signed up to work. Tomorrow you will get an email that describes your specific job. Every location will have a high school leader in charge, they will go over everything you need to know about your job.
12:30 PM - Start
The event starts at 12:30 so everyone needs to be ready at their locations. If you have any problems/questions you can ask the leaders in charge of your location or me. If you ever need a break for any reason let your leader know and we will find someone to take your place.
3:30 - End
At this point, the event is over. Finish up anything that you need to do. Carnival Games - last plays, Pumpkin Decorating - last pumpkin, etc.
3:40-3:45 - Group picture
We will all take a group picture somewhere near the town center. Location TBD. Then those staying for cleanup will start.

Photography - We will have a few volunteers going around and taking pictures. These pictures will be posted on our social media. If you aren't comfortable with being on our social media please email me so we can remove any of your pictures.
CB Cares Volunteer Teens Intro Video - We are looking for some students who are interested in being interviewed for a video that we plan on showing when we to introductory meetings in middle schools. If you are interested in being interviewed either alone or with friends please email me. Attached is a sample list of questions you can choose to answer.

If you wish to donate any of your unneeded Halloween Supplies, that would be super awesome!! And you can join us on October 27th to see your supplies in action!
Here is a list or materials we need: Scarecrow supplies, old clean bed sheets, haunted house construction materials, costumes, spooky props, lights, speakers, smoke machine, spooky art, fake vines, etc.
